Sold as a set of 4 wheels

These wheels are a focus in specific attributes that are desired in each discipline they are designed for.  Each part has been thought about and contributes to the overall performance and expectations from this wheel.

Even though these are big wheels whose size can carry momentum effectively in straightaways, they are agile enough to accelerate quickly in and out of corners giving a little extra kick when pumping or shralping a curvy section of trail.

The Core of these wheels set the urethane up with this stout S-Shaped edge lip support, which is what gives that rebound out of corners.  The Fustion core is 46mm tall x 44mm wide which is the largest and supportive hub in it’s wheel size.  It features a deep, wide “saddle” profile that keeps lateral wheel flex in check,  supercharges the edge supports, while obtaining a complete mechanical lock with the urethane of the wheel.

To keep the wheel as light as possible while also finding another way to lock in the urethane there are 8 lateral support beams, that were hollowed out.  The bearing lugs are beefy, and formed in 85D fiber-reinforced thermoplastic.

If Seismic Skate systems should be known for anything else besides it’s bearings, it’s their wheel urethane formulations.  The Alphas are poured in DEFCON, this ultra-high rebound formula that comes in 3 durometers.

74a Plum (Aaron Hampshire Pro Wheel) Plush, velvety roll, extra grip, aggressive smooth slide for faster braking. Only in the 60mm DH version.

76a Mango Very Grippy and snappy directional slide.  Great for technical racing, where you need to shut down fast, and accelerate faster.

78a Mint. Stiff edges with bunches of grip, consistent slide, predictable hookup.
