The biggest change to the Apex New Street Wheels is the Bearing Pocket. This keeps the bearings in the wheels. Since the bearings aren't moving out, they tweaked them to offer better spin, and the ability to fully tighten them down.
The not too hard, not too soft 71D premium urethane used in these wheels will keep you rolling over a variety of surfaces, did we mention these are made in the USA?
