Sold as a pack of 3x 11"x11" Squares of Lokton Griptape

Lokton griptape is sharper, grippier, and tougher than most grip tape options on the market currently.

The hole patterns shave some weight, from this heavily backed grip, and also give your shoes some edges to mold into.

As the case with most items that go to the next level with what it provides, this griptape is a little more difficult to work with than most.  So having a few things handy before you start the process is handy.

Make sure you have some sharp razor blades, or some tin snips if you are cutting specific shapes, and something to break down the edge you are getting ready to cut.  The less grit that sets one the edges the cleaner your edges will be.

Other helpful Application tips:

  • Make sure your deck is as clean as you can make it, dry, and room temperature
  • Take the backing off, then gently heat it up.
  • Immediately apply to deck and put pressure on as much of it at once as possibel
  • If you deck has some really deep concave start your pressure in the middle, then work towards the edges making sure to allow the grip to mold to the concaves as much as possible.

Certain deck coatings, like Lacquer, Formica, and resins used in Carbon fiber might night like the adhesive that Lokton uses.  If you scuff it up then the adhesive has some extra microscopic hand hols to latch onto.
