RipTide's backing frames are made in the USA with 6061-T6 Aircraft grade Aluminum

These are designed to enhance the integrity of drop through mounted decks.  These mount on the underside of the deck in place of washers to spread the clamping force of your hardware across the mounting area of your deck.  This adds strength and prevents bolt hole blowout.
