APS stands for Animated Polymer System.  This urethane is very lively giving you more turn that a same durometer stock bushing, with lots of rebound.  APS doesn’t compress the same as stock bushings and other formulations, so you can take it from the standard just snug washers to a few full turns without effecting the compression and decompression characteristics.

The Short Street Barrel is typically paired with the other street shapes as the road side option.  When you add a Short Street Barrel to your road side you are adding a bushing that allows for less turn than a short street cone.  If you are wanting to max your street stability, the the Short Street Cone will get you most of the way there.
